We have an international council representing key stakeholder organisations across EMEA, with council members from UK, Ireland, Benelux, Germany & Italy. 

Jonathan Grey, CEO, Ovation Incentives, President IMA Europe

A native of Cork city and based in London, Jonathan Grey’s is the founder and CEO of Ovation Incentives, an award-winning incentives and rewards company specialising in multi-country programmes.  Ovation’s SaaS and mobile solutions help to influence, recognise and reward the behaviour of employees and customers to drive engagement and improve performance – clients include Sky, Nike, Best Western and Eurostar.

Through Ovation, Jonathan has always been an active participant in the business communities that seek to promote standards and forester relationships in the gift card and business incentive markets in the UK and Europe.

Jonathan is also very active in UK entrepreneurial networks and is a founding director and former Chair of the Irish International Business Network ( – a global non-for-profit networking group connecting Irish entrepreneurs and business professionals. He is also an angel investor and business mentor for emerging start-ups in the UK and Ireland.

Graduating from University in 1993, Jonathan holds an honours bachelor’s degree in economics and computer science from University College Cork, Ireland. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in Public Relations from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland.

Brian Dunne, CPIM, CEO Giftcard.Consulting
Past President IMA Europe

With over 25 years experience in the prepaid and gift card sectors, Brian Dunne is well known for his regeneration of the IMA’s image in his previous role of President of IMA Europe.

Brian is working to build a greater understanding of incentive marketing in Europe and the rest of the world via its umbrella organization, IMA – US. Often seen speaking at a variety of European and International trade shows, Brian is well known for his compelling speeches on the power of motivation and reward on performance.

Brian is a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and a Fellow of the Hotel & Catering Institute, alongside various different qualifications in the retail and hospitality space.

Phil Mooney, IMA Europe Executive Director, Chairman of the Incentive Marketing Association IMA Ireland Chapter

With over twenty five year’s experience in Retail, Sales and Operational Management, B2B and Channel Management Phil has a proven record in building and developing new revenue channels in retail, implementing cost effective systems to ensure continuity and growth.

Having built a €m+ B2B Gift Card and Corporate Gift platform at Dublin based Arnotts from ground up, he has a strong understanding of the gift card sector.

Phil has held senior positions in DSGi, Arnotts and Kilkenny Group and is now Associate Consultant with Gift Card Consulting the UK’s leading Gift Card Consultancy.

Henrik Ravn, CEO GoGift, IMA Europe Board

Having founded Scandinavia’s leading gifting company GoGift, Henrik Ravn has been working in the gift card industry for more than 15 years.

Based in Copenhagen, Henrik has been an active member of IMA Europe for a number of years and joined the board in 2018, representing the IMA in Scandinavia.

Mark Gregg, CEO, BONAGO Incentive Marketing Group GmbH Vice-President IMA Europe Board

Mark Gregg is founder and CEO of the BONAGO Incentive Marketing Group GmbH, the leading incentive agency for HR, marketing and sales. In the human resources area, BONAGO offers mostly universal voucher-based solutions, e.g. benefit programs for employee motivation and employer branding. BONAGO provides sales departments with reward programs for channel and sales partners.

Goal-oriented incentives for consumer campaigns and marketing promotions complete the portfolio. All solutions are aimed at attracting, retaining and/or activating employees, customers and partners. In addition, Mark Gregg has been the producer of the International Gift Card & Couponing Summit for the past seven years.


Sean Willkinson, Corporate Rewards Chairman, IMA Europe Board

Founder of Corporate Rewards in 2002 and appointed to the role of Chairman in June 2014, Sean works alongside the new board of Corporate Rewards Limited on an exciting path of global development.

Recent advancements in Corporate Rewards include significant investment in new technology, the launch of My Thanks and the opening of new offices in the USA. Appointed to the Board of Directors of the Incentive Marketing Association in both Europe and the USA in 2013.

Gunther Everaert
 Managing Director, Swinggroup Director, IMA Europe Board 

SwingGroup is the leading B2B incentive marketing agency in the Benelux. He set up SwingGroup in 2002, and prior to this held senior positions with RCP as Managing Director and TMP Worldwide as Key Account Manager.  He has strategically advised and developed integrated incentive marketing programmes for Fortune 500 clients such as BMW, Coca-Cola, Electrolux, GE, Philips, Samsung, Tech Data, Thomas Cook, Toyota and Unilever.

He has spoken as an industry leader at conferences such as Digital Marketing First, International Gift Card summit, Incentive Marketing Association Global Summit and HRM Masterclass e-recruitment, given interviews on Belgian national radio and as a regular guest lecturer at Ghent University.

His particular areas of specialism are: Incentive marketing and Corporate communication.

Wendy Carter Managing Director Gifted To You & Lavish Spa Vouchers,  IMA Europe Board Member

Gifted To You & Lavish Spa Voucher is an independent gifting and experience business focused on supplying unique and bespoke gifts into the employee and loyalty sectors.

With an extensive background in marketing, Wendy has written many articles on the subject of employee motivation and has a European interest and knowledge of the incentive industry, recognition and reward programmes, the world of gifting and gift cards.

Andrea Verri is the Co-Founder and CEO of AMILON and ECRM ITALIA, IMA Europe Board 

After few years in multinational companies like Perfetti Van Melle, Beiersdorf and Heineken, in 2000 Andrea co-founded ECRM Italia, one of the very first Italian consulting company in loyalty and CRM.

In 2007 Andrea entered the prepaid market founding Amilon, the company that first introduced in Italy the digital gift cards and has become the real-time rewards provider for contests, incentive and loyalty programmes, company welfare and fringe benefits.

Proud to be part of the incentive, rewards and recognition industry and member of the IMA Europe with Amilon since 2012, Andrea will focus on reaching potential IMA members in Italy and will do his best to enhance the IMA networking in his country.

Andrew Johnson, CEO of National Gift Card Europe (NGC Europe

NGC Europe is a branch of the US-based company which specialises in the sales, marketing and fulfilment of gift cards and e-vouchers.  NGC offers a one-stop gift card and digital shop to corporate customers, with fulfilment via proprietary systems for bulk, individual and real-time API

Andrew was Director General of The UK Gift Card and Voucher Association (UKGCVA), (the UK trade body representing gift vouchers, gift cards and digital gifting) from 2006 to 2015. As well as managing the Association he was a spokesperson for the industry, working with the media and the UK government.

In July 2015 Andrew was honoured with the UKGCVA’s Lifetime Achievement Award and named to the organisation’s Hall of Fame by a vote of its members.
