Jim Kirwan, Wellbeing consultant and author of best-seller 

We are delighted to confirm that Jim Kirwan will be joining us to deliver a presentation entitled ‘FIT-CEO Optimum Performance’. Jim is an author, international speaker, health and fitness coach and an employee wellbeing consultant. He recently returned to Ireland after 14 years in the USA where his best-selling book “The eXercise Factor” published in January 2015. He has appeared on TV and radio shows all across America and recently developed and hosted Ireland’s 1st Strategic Wellbeing Conference, called FIT-CEO Optimum Performance. He also chaired the morning session of last month’s first Citywork Conference in Dublin which examined the business case for increased investment in employee wellbeing and the productivity benefits this brings.
