Juergen Stichenwirth, born and currently living in Austria, spent the better part of 20 years in Washington, D.C. Most of his career has been in the payments, banking and IT industries. After five years leading the Stored Value Solutions business in various parts of Europe, Juergen added prepaid and loyalty to the portfolio of the company he founded in 2009, PowerSELL – pure sales energy.
Juergen is an internationally sought-after sales coach, focusing on presentation, negotiation and non-verbal communication skills, in addition to being a university lecturer on the intercultural aspects of these subjects. He is a trained public speaker and has introduced a variety of subjects to organizations such as T-Mobile, OMV/Petrom, EMC² or Red Bull.
PowerSELL works with European retailers of all sizes to implement, optimize and/or amplify their card programs. With a strong network of partners, the company has quickly established itself as a valued independent partner in this space.
Andreas Stefan Müller
Andreas Stefan was born in Freiburg, the capital of the Southern Black Forest in Germany. After having finished school, he studied Tourism Economies at the University of Applied Sciences in Wilhelmshaven, Germany and get specialized in the Hotel sector. In that time he also participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme and studied Marketing at the University of Bologna, Italy. After his studies he immediately started to work in the Sales sector for one of the most important hotel chains in Germany and stayed there for seven years in two different regions. In 2011 he wanted to face a new challenge and changed to H-Hotels AG, also one of the most important hotel chains in Germany. He is now based in Munich and responsible for two special segments and several regions.
Believing in innovation and digital business models Monika is triggered by the idea of making life easier through smart technology solutions.
Over the last 8 years Monika has been working within the SaaS industry establishing new business ideas and while building up her teams she realized quickly that competition for the best talents is high.
So when she heard about benify she knew that an employer branding tool that is equally beneficial for both employers and employees can be quite powerful. Since then Monika joined the mission of bringing the Swedish approach of benefit management to the German market. Today Monika is working closely together with modern employers, helping them to maximize the effect of their benefits and strengthen their employer brand.
