We all love receiving physical gifts, and so do our clients’ programme participants. We know that sending vouchers has always been relatively straight forward, and now with e-vouchers they have become even easier.

Sending physical gifts can seem quite a daunting, expensive, bulky, and difficult option so many programme operators are reluctant to include physical gifts.

In this session we aim to look at whether including physical gifts into your schemes is as easy as including vouchers. We will look at the size of the market, the pros and cons, and of course touch on the commercial viability.
