An Vermaelen, Marketing Manager at KBC will be delivering a presentation focused on Affluent Customer Loyalty

We are very excited to announce one of our keynote speakers at the Rotterdam event.

An Vermaelen is Marketing Manager of the Affluent Customers of KBC Bank and Insurance. She directs and drives strategic marketing projects and studies with a focus on omnichannel loyalty and generation banking.

She has previously held several key marketing manager positions, amongst others at the Metro Newspaper and   Fortis (now BNP Paribas Fortis).

She will be delivering a case study on “How KBC takes its affluent customers into account to increase their loyalty”.
