Associate Professor of Marketing, Cristina Ziliani, to speak at Milano meeting
We are honoured to confirm that Cristina Ziliani Associate Professor of Marketing at the Department of Economics, University of Parma, will be presenting at our forthcoming meeting in Milano. Cristina teaches Digital & Loyalty Marketing, International Branding and Retailing.
In 1999, she became head of the Observatory of the University of Parma Loyalty, where she coordinates research projects and training on Loyalty and CRM. Cristina also creates a very successful Annual Conference – this year will be the seventeenth edition www.osservatoriofedelta.it
She is the author of numerous international and national publications about loyalty marketing and direct marketing, and several books, including: E-Marketing, McGraw-Hill, 2004 Loyalty Marketing, Egea, 2008 Promotion Revolution, Egea, 2015.
